Fabulous stay recently...spa treatments were amazing, v spacious room, staff v friendly and helpful, dinner was beautiful and late breakfast(11 o'clock!!!) was great. V good value for money. Thanks for a great night. Moc 17

We arrived on Saturday lunch time and first empression's where very good.We were checked in very quickly and got very exact information about the bus timetable. We were very pleased with our room a great big double and a fine pull out bed which was also made up.Our meal that night was ok only but the bar and reception area was fantastic to have a drink later,a good nights sleep and a very fine buffet breakfast and then home sweet home.We would stay there again for sure.

We had a very pleasant stay last weekend at your hotel. Our bedrooms were very comfortable the Leisure facilities were very good. our evening meal was lovely. However the breakfast the following morning was not so good. There was not enough staff in attendance and when I asked to have some rashers cooked separately because 2 of our group are coeli.acs it took far too long to cook them and maybe someone should have asked if they could have cooked anything else for them. Ov.erall it was agreat break for us all. Thank you. 3 1/2 star rating from us.

Nice room, good value for money, excellent service, dinner service was a bit slow but they were very busy at the time, food was excellent and very good value, spa was very good apart from a problem with Hot water on the second day. breakfast good, very good choices availablle, probably needed an extra member of staff to keep tables cleaned off for new customers, pool is small but was never overcrowded whilst we were there, highlight was the outdoor jacuzzi, overall a very relaxing stay

we found that it was further out of Limerick city than it declared itself - in fact it was in Co Clare! Also, while the rooms were a good size, the finish on doors and walls were not good. The fittings in the bathroom appeared quite cheap and worn, not the standard I would expect from a 4* hotel. However, the staff were good and pleasant. The breakfast was good also.

Lovely hotel. Staff were great, very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast (in bed) was amazing.
