Information

These 2 storey holiday homes consist of 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people and are just 5 minutes from the beach. The apartments are adjacent to the hotel.  All residents of our Holiday Homes & Apartments have complimentary use of our Club Vitae Leisure Centre with extensive 20m swimming pool with seaview, kiddies pool, Steam Room, Sauna & Jacuzzi. 

A guide price of 10 Euro per day or ESB is charged directly at the hotel.

Area Information

Youghal is a seaside town which offers excellent shopping and leisure facilities. It is rightly regarded as one of Ireland's most popular resort towns. 

Travel Information

When travelling from Cork on the N25 (direction Waterford/Rosslare), take the 1st exit left for Youghal and travel under the bypass towards Youghal for approx 0.5km. Then take a right turn onto the R633 for Ballymacoda and travel on this road for approx 1km until you see the sign for the Quality Hotel & Resort, then turn immediately left and travel another 0.5km until you arrive at the Hotel and Redbarn Beach.

When travelling from the Waterford/ Wexford (towards Cork City on N25), you take the Youghal Bypass Road and travel midway on the Bypass Road and take the left turn for Youghal Town. Travel approx 0.40km until you see a right turn with a sign for The Strand. Then take this right turn and travel to the end of this road. Take a Right Turn again at this T Junction and travel approx 1KM and then take a Left Turn onto the R633 for Ballymacoda for approx 1km until you see the sign for the Quality Hotel & Resort, then turn lefts and travel another 0.5km until you arrive at the Hotel and Redbarn Beach.

Cancellation Information

Booking deposit non refundable. 

Full payment must be made at Holiday home not less the 4 weeks before arrival.  If you do not pay balance by this period you booking maybe cancelled.

Cancellation fee less then 4 weeks before arrival 50%.  Less then 1 week 100%. 

A security deposit of 100 Euro must be given to supervisor on arrival.  This will be returned provided terms & conditions of rental have been complied with.

A large sitting/dining room open plan area with multi-channel TV & fully equipped kitchen with the following facilities: fridge with ice box, washing machine/dryer, cooker, dish washer and microwave. Cooking utensils & crockery are included.

• Bedroom Nr. 1 is a master king size double room on the ground floor level with ceiling to floor window, and has a very spacious en suite

• Bedroom Nr. 2 is a double room upstairs which also has an en suite

• Bedroom Nr. 3 is upstairs and is a twin room

The apartments are fully equipped for self-catering and have a full kitchen and living room area. There are two bedrooms - one double bedroom and one twin bedroom ensuite  with separate bathroom.
