I thougt this was an excellent hotel. I would highly recommend as it is a super location especially for the O2 and for shopping too (approx. 15-20 walk to grafton street). Rooms were spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast was spot on and staff very helpful. Could not fault.

we had one of the old rooms which was a bit cold the window would not close properly and there was dirty makeup wipes left on the window sill. also there was no batteries in the remote control so we could not turn the television down, and there was only a trickle of water coming out of the shower head we told reception when we were booking out and they just said sorry about that. breakfast was nice and staff at breakfast were lovely.

Great Value for money. Location very good. Breakfast very good. Dinner was just middle of the road but grand. Room decor needs updating but reception area lovely. Really helpful man inside front door to ask about Dublin and directions. Hotel Bar was swinging when we came back at around 11. Very older crowd but great fun.

Stayed here for a weekend, staff were very friendly and helpful. Not far from the O2 Arena, would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

Hotel offer very good, and on arrival informed of a complimentary upgrade to one of the premier suites, which was fantastic the bed was huge! Meal was okay, in the restaurant nothing spectacular but grand. Staff were pleasant, and helpful, for the price of the stay it was excellent value.

Very central and convenient to DART, Amiens Street Station and LUAS for 02 - Imelda Maye concert. Very reasonable. Decor very disappointing as came in from grey overcast dull street to grey, dull, cold, decor in hotel.Facade flaking and could do with paint. Furniture garish, beds very narrow - felt was back to 60s. Probably should have paid extra €30 for upgrade! Nice people staying there - couples, families, young English group, Phillipino Christmas group etc. 3 young 16 + totally drunk crashed bar and annoyed people. Bar quite shabby and although don't smoke (sister does) smoking area could be enclosed as freezing out there. Croissants not available for French Couple at Breakfast, although advertised in hotel brochure and coffee cold. Would not chose to stay there again but deal very reasonable. Rate 2 stars

very happy with the hotel. Well located as we came on the train it was even better. Plenty of luas ans buses if you want to go up town. Breakfast was very good. overall very happy.

Good points; Clean room, Good Breakfast, convenient location.
Bad points; Rail track is close by, so noise in the room, Broadband access is charged for, Car parking is also charged for.

Pleasant staff with hotel in central location. Room was warm and air conditioning not very effiective. Would not recommend McCoys bar for food. Breakfast in hotel was nice.

Ideal location for travellers arriving into Bus Aras or Connolly Station (Sligo & Belfast lines). Also beside Dart and Luas. Half Board packages great value. Food excellent.

Location was excellent. Near the Luas stop. Staff were Excellent especially the lady in charge of the restraunt she could not do enough for us. We had dinner on the first night and it was top class. I would stay in this hotel again.

Ideal location, O' Connell St. just a 10 min walk away, Connolly station, Luas and Bus Aras literally across the road. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We stayed in the hotel bar, Mc Coy's the first night . Food was lovely and great value, and great craic with live music, an Elvis impersonator that particular night. Breakfast was buffet style with a good selection. The only negative thing was the bathroom was on the small side, and the room was very hot at night! I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

the hotel is very comfortable and breakfast was very good would recomed it only ask for back of hotel as if your a light sleeper the front is very noisey on saturday night staff are very very helpful you get the real deal hear as they are real dubs and couldent do enough for us

Breakfast was nice. It was served from 07.30hrs until 11.30hrs. Parking is very near and very reasonable at only €7 per day. Hotel is in an ideal location for an event at the IFSC and is only a short distance from O'Connell street.

<p>Really beautiful hotel. Quality started when we arrived in the car park and were greated by a man who would park the car. The foyer was stunning and the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice,clean and suitable for the price we were paying. They could do with a revamp but were fine. The beds were very comfortable.
Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Never got such a generous serving of salmon. It was delicious.
The gym was small but adequate.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if in town. </p>
