Area Information
No. 1 Pery Square is one of a terrace of six Georgian houses built c. 1830 by the Pery Square Tontine Company. This terrace is widely regarded as being the best example of late Georgian Architecture in Limerick and probably in Ireland.
No. 1 Pery Square has been fully restored with all its original architectural features expertly reinstated in precise detail. The décor and some furnishings are also of the Georgian era.

Room Description
Classic modern feel but each one is different and in keeping with the heritage feel of the hotel, each is named after an Irish Poet. Some overlook the garden and many overlook the red brick terraces of Georgian homes of Limerick.
