Information
A lakeside village set on scenic Lough Derg within 20 mins drive of Killaloe. The houses are within walking distance of the marina which offers sailing and fishing. The village is en route to the East Clare walkways.
Electricity is taken by meter reading on arrival and again on departure and is an extra charge.
Bed linen is provided and towels are charged at €3.00 per set if required.
Cot and High Chair are charged at an extra rate of €5 each per week.

Cancellation Information
Full payment must be made at Holiday home not less the 6 weeks before arrival. If you do not pay balance by this period you booking maybe cancelled.
Cancellation fee less then 4 weeks before arrival 50%. Less then 1 week 100%.
A security deposit of 100 Euro may required and given to supervisor on arrival. This will be returned provided terms & conditions of rental have been complied with.

Houses have 3 bedrooms downstairs.
Open plan Living/Dining and kitchen area.
Kitchens are fully fitted with microwave, cooker, fridge and washer/dryer.
TV and electric coal effect fire in the Living area.
Bed linen included and towels are available to hire.
Cots and high chairs available on request
