Maudlins House Hotel opened in April 2006 and is a restored country house located on the outskirts of Naas Town, Co. Kildare just off the M7 motorway. It is true to say that much love and dedication went into the restoration process which has resulted in Maudlins House being developed into a luxury country house hotel with a lot of emphasis on professional service and comfortable luxurious surroundings. Having carefully blended the elegance and old world charm of the original building with all the requirements of the modern guest we have created a product suitable to both the leisure and business guest alike.

We were delighted with the deal. It was amazing value for money. The hotel was perfect for our needs. The cinema next door was also a plus. The restaurant was OUTSTANDING!!!! The food amazing and the restaurant staff impeccable. Tried to book a similar deal again but not available for April??

The hotel is in a modest but very charming old building which has been very appropriately restored without too much heavy handed interior design. The extension is sensitive to the existing building and the rooms are spacious and modern. This break was extremely good value; the breakfast and dinner were great and we leisurely sat around a fire in the bar until late. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only criticism I would have is that the siting is not very beautiful; next to a large cinema complex, and also the conditioned air in the rooms was a little dry so we all felt a bit parched on waking! Otherwise it is a lovely hotel.

Myself and 3 girlfriends stayed here on a recent Friday night. We all thought it was very good value for a really nice hotel, food was very good and staff friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely room and fabulous food. The staff were friendly and mannerly. Only complaint is that it was a little chilly but I would recommend it highly and I would go back.

We were delighted to stay in this lovely Hotel. We were warmly welcomed, given a very good room, excellent TV Channels with Sky Sports available. Lovely evening meal and excellent breakfast. We can highly recommend this Hotel. It is convenient to Naas town but in a much quieter location. Thank you. Ken and Beulah robinson.

Room was spacious and bright. The food was delicious. We were staying for the weekend to attend a christening in the area. The meal for the event was in the hotel & while the food was very enjoyable, the room in which we were eating was too hot and the staff were pretty rude. Also, it took a very long time for the food to arrive, which is far from ideal when there are a large number of children attending. Even when busy, I don't find it acceptable for staff to be rude to customers. I have often eaten in this hotel & will definitely eat there again as the early bird menu is very good value and the food is brilliant. However, I would not book a large event there as the staff do not seem to be able to deal with large numbers of people or in any way interested in doing so.

The hotel was very easy to get to. The very front of the hotel is lovely but the back and carpark arent very impressive. The reception are is very nice and the receptionist Sheila I think was very friendly. We also received a room upgrade which we didnt realise until checking out. We were very pleased with our room and the chocolates on our pillows was a very nice touch.The best thing about the hotel is undoubtely the food. It was one of the nicest meals we ever had. The beef was amazing and we would definetly go back for the food alone. Breakfast to our room was also very tasty. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay although my laser card was charged Three times for the stay so that did put a dampner on the whole thing.I discovered the mistake myself a few days later and while I was refunded twice I didnt receive an apology or explanation on how this could have happened.I have given a 4 star rating but the food is definetly worth 5 stars.

found this hoel just perfect. staff couldent do enought for you and friendly. rooms were a good size. and all with in two min from naas. marks out of 10 i would give a 9.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Maudlins House Hotel. The hotel was very clean. The room was spacious, clean, tidy and comfortable. All the staff we met went out of their way to make up feel welcome especially the receptionist. The food was very tasty we enjoyed every fork full. We had a very relaxing wonderful breakfast. We loved the decor, which was very charming. We would highly recommend the Maudlins House Hotel.

We stayed in Maudlins House Hotel for one night. We incorporated this into a great day shopping in Naas and then in the Outlet Mall. The hotel was lovely. We had a very nice dinner and a yummy breakfast. We found the staff lovely. All in all we had a really great time and were disappointed that we had not made our booking for two nights!

Food fabulous ,rooms spotless, staff lovely. The atmosphere in the bar could be improved by a few tweaks such as better lighting and re arrangement of furniture.

Despite staying over a very busy weekend in the hotel we found room excellent, food top class and service generally good. Location for llocal amenities superb but pity about the closeness of the Iindustrial estate

The restaurant is really good. I've really enjoyed it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was a little bit disappointed in the fact that the hotel is located nearby the road in an industrial area.
