A beautiful hotel, friendly courteous staff. Excellent food in dining room. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. My only issue would be in regard to the bar, I did not find the room overly inviting. For those interested in a 'pint', friendly atmosphere and good criac, I recommend 'Paddy Coynes' pub next door.

the break was great value for money, lots to do in the area, kylemore abbey is a must and all good value. hotel was clean, comfortable and well run. Food was lovely, and well worth the price. highly recommended for a family weekend.

Arrived in the middle of a storm,staff had the room warm and the food was excellent,lovely place well worth the visit,can't go wrong with the 98 euro deal.

We really enjoyed our 2 night break at Maol Reidh, situated in a lovely part of Ireland, very scenic. The hotel is small, friendly, comfortable and the food very nice. There is a lift, which is handy. Beds are nice and comfortable. The only bad thing was the rooms could have been warmer, we found them chilly at night-time as it got quite cold whilst we were there, and the toilet flush could be improved. I would return to stay here though as it's a very friendly hotel, staff are very helpful and a nice place to chill out and not far from beautiful lakes and mountains.

We stayed in the Maol Reidh Hotel for 3 nights and travelled around during the day. It's a lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the country. The staff were very friendly and the hotel itself was clean. The only thing that let the hotel down was the service in the dining room. Breakfast wasn't to bad but dinner was very slow. We had gone for a dinner, B&B package for the 3 nights and even though the foood was fantastic, it was the staff that let it down. We ordered a bottle of wine each evening when ordering our dinner. First day served on time, 2nd, served when the starter had been served and 3rd, when we had finished the starter. It wasn't busy so there was no need for the delays. All said, I would stay there again but would hope that they could improve the dining experience.

Our only issue was it took us a long time to locate the Hotel...., however we were very satisfied wih the large family room, very clean and quiet modern. Breakast was pleasant, we were all full leaving the table!. All 'n'all very good value - I woud return.

great time, lovely surroundings, nice friendly staff, except for the chef who would not cook me a omellete, however there was a good breakfast menu but i can only eat omelletes and he would not oblige even though we were last to be served. Two great pubs beside and very friendly people. Stunning surroundings. definely go back there again
