Situated in the grounds of our 240 acres private estate, these terraced holiday cottages command magnificent panoramic views over Wicklow Mountains National Park. Area Information
County Wicklow (Contae Chill Mhantáin in Irish) lies immediately south of County Dublin, along the east coast of Ireland. Its topography is unusually diverse for Ireland; containing a beautiful mix of rolling mountains, ancient woodlands, cascading waterfalls, sparkling glacial lakes and golden sandy beaches.
Travel Information
Travel directions from Dublin city or Dublin airport:
Travel to the M50 Ring Road and take the Southbound Carriage-Way. Exit the motorway at Junction 11 (for Tallaght or N81). Follow the N81 towards Blessington.
Approximately 2.9 kilometres after Brittas Village and the Blue Gardenia pub take the left turn marked R759 for Roundwood / Kilbride / Sally Gap.
This is the R759. Follow this road until you come to a left turn just before the village of Manor Kilbride. Turn left here! Do not drive into the village! Signposted for R759 / Sally Gap / Roundwood / Braveheart Drive.
Kippure Estate is 7 kilometres (4.3 miles) along this road (R759). When you pass St. John’s Church on the right, with its blue sign, you know you are only 5 minutes drive away.
Watch out for the yellow Kippure Estate sign beside the walled entrance on the right.
Follow the long driveway to a number of buildings. Kippure's reception is located in the last building on the left.
Cancellation Information
Full payment must be made at Holiday home not less the 4 weeks before arrival. If you do not pay balance by this period you booking maybe cancelled.
Cancellation fee less then 4 weeks before arrival 50%. Less then 1 week 100%.
A security deposit of 100 Euro may required and given to supervisor on arrival. This will be returned provided terms & conditions of rental have been complied with.
Room Description
There are eight Athdown houses with three bedrooms each. Each house sleeps up to 7 people with 1 family room (double bed plus single bed), 1 triple room, and 1 twin. All bedrooms are ensuite.
