Travel Information

From Dublin take the M7/M9 (signposted Limerick/Cork). Take the N9 (signposted Carlow/Kilkenny) via Castledermot and Carlow. Follow the N9 to Paulstown. Follow the main road N10 (signposted Kilkenny). Travel straight throught the Dublin Roundabout and follow down the Dublin Road until you see Johns Church on you left hand side. At the lights, turn left onto Johns Street and the Kilford Arms Hotel is located  on your right hand side (Distance 120 km, 1 hour 30 minutes)  

From Cork take the N8/E201. At the roundabout in Mitchelstown take the 2nd exit and continue onto N8/E201 for 27 km. At the Roundabout take the 3rd exit and continue onto N24 for 25 km (pass by Cahir and Clonmel). At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto N76 for 43 km. Arriving in Kilkenny take the 2nd exit at the Callan roundabout and follow the ring road until you reach the Dublin Road Roundabout. Take the first left at the Dublin Roundabout and follow down the Dublin Road until you see Johns Church on you left hand side. At the lights, turn left onto Johns Street and the Kilford Arms Hotel is located  on your right hand side (Distance 150 km, 2 hours)

In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your booking please do so at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.  If you cancel inside this period the hotel will charge you for your first night accommodation.

Guest Rooms: The Kilford Arms Hotel has 50 bedrooms, all ensuite, and equipped with satellite TV, telephones and hairdryers. Tea/Coffee making facilities are available upon request.  We have many room types to chose from, including double, twin, triple and family rooms.
