we had a great stay. Staff were very friendly, rooms were lovely and food in the Library restaurant was very tasty. Would definately stay here again

We had a fantastic night here.the staff were very kind and helpful.our meal was very good and breakfast also.Wud highly recommend this hotel break.kids all happy in pool and in the pool room in the main bar.thanks to all the staff in the holiday inn.

5 adults and 2 children stayed at The Hoilday Inn Killarney over the mid term. It was excellent the family room was large,comfortable,spotless and very convenient only one door away from the pool my children were delighted.This hotel is perfect for familys i would not go passed it. The food was brilliant on both nights. The staff were very helpful.We will be back excellent value for money we really enjoyed our stay 5 star rating.

My husband & I stayed one night at the Holiday Inn in Killarney at the weekend. To our surprise it was first class, On arrival we were asked whether we wanted to book our evening meal. Both dinner & breakfast was one of the best we have eaten in a hotel worldwide. It was so fresh and hopefully it continues to stay that way. The room was spotless comfortable & convenient. The bar was very pleasant & we were sorry that we could not sample the menu there. The staff were very helpful and friendly. For anyone visiting the INEC it is only 10 minutes walk. We will be back ,,,

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Large comfortable room always clean and well serviced. Did not use restuarant except for breakfast - food was very good. Hotel in good location - only 15 minutes walk to centre of Killarney. Muckross Park and Lake only a short drive away - had very enjoyable walk there despite the fact that we got drenched! Staff very friendly and efficient. Bridie and Alex O'Reilly, Finglas, Dublin

We had a lovely one night break in The Holiday Inn Killarney on Valentine's night 14th Feb 2012. Everything about this hotel was excellent, from the friendly staff to the lovely bedrooms to the late breakfast 'til 11.30am. The hotel has a 20 metre pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi - excellent. The food was also very good - no complaints. We'll be back. 4 Star rating

We will be booking here again. Great place for kids. It is not too far from the dead centre of town so you can walk in. Staff were very accommodating.

We received a very warm welcome when we checked in. Rooms were spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was when we went down for breakfast, they were fairly understaffed and we never even received a pot of tea or coffee

For the most part we enjoyed our stay at Holday Inn Killarney. We had a very nice room. There was 2 large beds, bedlinen was perfect, everything was spotlessy clean. Bathroom & towels perfect..... no shower caps tho!!! Also only 1 spare pillow & the t-bags or sugar were not replenished after our first nights stay.....No breakfast cards or "do not disturb/please service this room "cards on door handle. I know all these items could be requested but they should be standard items really.. We did use room service for breakfast by ordering from reception and it was delivered on time.. Also we used the pool and it was clean & well kept also there was lifeguard. We enjoyed food in the bar on 1 evening and the service was very good. All the staff we encountered were lovely & helpful... A good expericence overall !!

We spent three nights in hotel, the childre and ourselves had a restful and enjoyable break. We ate two night in the Bar resterant , it was excellent quality and extemely good value. The staff were helpful and infromed about what was avaible for us to do eg pictures, drives and resterants. helena, john and two children

We stayed one night. B&B and evening meal. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was excellent with two double beds in twin room. Evening meal was to a very high standard and breakfast equally as good. Overall excellent value for money. Swimming pool was small but none the less was spotlessly clean and never overcrowded. We will be returning.

food was fantastic and bedrooms were brill. entertainment was excellent . 2 girls playing a mix of country and modern. mother and daughter but they were brilllient. they are there again on Nov 19 i think she said. will definitely go back.

great value for money lovely hotel will go there again, when there isnt as many young children around, lovely area to visit. the staff are helpfull and friendly and the food is top class.

we had a very pleasant stay in The Holiday Inn in Kilarney. lovely location on Mucross Road. hotel was very clean and staff very pleasant.it was great value for money.we had a great breakfast and you didnt have to get up too early as breakfast was frm 8 to 11. i would definetly go back again.

Reception staff were very friendly & very helpful - the perfect start to our stay. Dinner was only ok, buffet breakfast, plenty of everything. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Very friendly professional staff. Rooms very clean and spacious. Meal and service in resturant was excellent. Great value for money and hotel great location within walking distance of town centre.
