happy with staying and personal....as young family with 2 kids 5 and 2 y old we got nice specious room with 4 beds what was a bit distance from rest of the rooms what you really appricate if you r parent of young child. Fully recommened it

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Heights Hotel. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. A little bit far out of town but a taxi back at the end of the night was just €7 so overall was excellent value for money for dinner, bed & breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoy our stay in The Killarney Heights Hotel. Everything was excellent, room, food and the staff were very friendlly. Will be back again for another stay.

We stayed for one night in a family room. Excellent value. Evening meal was really lovely,breakfast the usual buffet fare. staff very helpful. Rooms could do with a makeover but were very clean. Overall a wonderful break and would go back again. Quaint hotel 15 mins walk outside Killarney town.

we stayed for one night recently and had a fantastic time, the staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was very comfortable and the food was excellent also the entertainment in the bar on the night was very enjoyable.great value for money and will deffinately return again

We stayed for one night recently on the dinner, bed and breakfast break. What fantastic value, the hotel is lovely, rooms a bit old fashioned but brilliant for a three star hotel. The bar is lovely and cosy with great open fire. The staff were helpful and friendly and the food was excellent. I will definelty go back.

we love this hotel. the staff is all amazing. all so nice polite. they upgraded us to bog family double room. always accomadating. food is fantastic and reasonable. rates really good. really great for families. rooms large clean and the staff always help with any request. we go every year with our 3 young children and we love it and look forward to our next stay.

Only stayed one night in the Heights but really enjoyed our stay. Room, food, staff all excellent.
Only draw back was that it isnt easy walking distance to town but thats not a big deal. Would recommend it for good value enjoyable break.

We had a very enjoyable stay. We stayed three nights with breadkfast and dinner included in the price. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The food was deliciious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was disappointed with my stay as we did not get dinner as the electricity was gone out. It was beyond the hotel's control . Just hard luck. The breakfast was very nice.

We stayed two nights at the Heights Hotel, Killarney and enjoyed it very much. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel on both days. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was tasty & very good value, and the service was quick.
The room was fairly basic but had everything that you would need for an overnight stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel, about a 20 minute walk from main street - but on a good main road with footpaths. Lovely food in hotel, but the evening restaurant was part of the bar the evening we ate there. Staff very friendly, would recommend.

Me and my 8 friends stayed in the heights hotel for 1 night on a saturday.The staff were nice and friendly and the rooms were lovely really clean and spacious.We also had a 2 course meal included it was delicious and everyone had more than enough!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Just back from two night stay celebrating wedding anniversary. Had very relaxing and comfortable stay. Staff excellent, especially receptionist who greeted us on arrival. <p>Hotel was nice and clean,beds soft and comfy.Shower was powerful and bathroom was lovely and warm; didnt eat there so cant comment on that.Could be a better variety of channels on tv,was woken up by neighbours dogs that persisted to bark for over an hour which was annoying so my overall rating is 3 out of 5</p>

<p>We stayed at this hotel for 2 night. The first night was very noisy. We could hear what seemed to be water being carted around in wheelie bins and so much shouting between the staff who were under pressure to have water for the bar. I understand that the water supply had been cut off to all hotels and private dwellings in KIllarney on that night so the need to keep water underneath our bedroom window was not the fault of the hotel. A little more consideration would have been nice.
The room and the hotel were very clean and the shower was wonderful!</p>

<p>This break away was a fantastic deal. The room allocated to myself, my husband and two children was fantastic. Very large bright room with lots of space. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. Will definitely go back again.</p>

<p>Many thanks for a wonderful break. Our rooms were perfect with interconnecting door as requested. The rooms were clean and very well kept. We had food in all three areas provided in the hotel and we tremendously enjoyed the meals. We do hope to return next month and stay with you again. Staff were very obliging and so interested in pleasing the guests.I have recommended the hotel to my friends already.</p>
