Information

These are 16 semi-detached houses located on the grounds of our Gold Coast Golf Hotel and Leisure Centre. Each house has three bedrooms, with one shower-room ensuite in most houses. These are comfortably equipped and furnished to a three star specification. All the cottages face a central area equipped with playground equipment and plenty of green grass for kicking a ball make the location ideal for families with small children.   Included in the rental are full access to both Leisure Centres, a preferential rate on 10 Pin Bowling and reduced Green Fees or Weekly Green Fee on the Gold Coast Golf Course. Since the cottages are located on the grounds of the Gold Coast Golf Hotel, the Leisure Centre is extremely handy.

Gas and Electricity Metered and Billed as per consumption. 

From time to time it may arise that the House Type you have chosen on our Resort is not available, where this is the case you will be accommodate in one of our alternative house types

Area Information

Step outside and you're confronted by the number one sight in the area - two mile long Clonea Beach and Dungarvan Bay. Swept clean by the tides, this enormous beach is the premier bathing beach for nearly 100 miles of coastline. A European Blue Flag Beach, Clonea Strand boasts clean sand, clean water and lifeguard service in season.

Cancellation Information

Full payment must be made at Holiday home not less the 4 weeks before arrival.  If you do not pay balance by this period you booking maybe cancelled.

Cancellation fee less then 4 weeks before arrival 50%.  Less then 1 week 100%. 

A security deposit of 100 Euro may required and given to supervisor on arrival.  This will be returned provided terms & conditions of rental have been complied with.
