These self catering holiday cottages are situated less than 2Km south of the seaside resort of Courtown.  They an ideal family holiday destination, having an on site play area, tennis courts and easy access to Ardamine beach, ideal for swimming during the summer months.

 Utility charges are as follows: June - August €5 per night. Sept – May – meter read.

Courtown has developed from a thriving fishing village to a vibrant seaside resort and has long been a favourite with both Irish holiday makers and visitors from overseas. The village is centered around its harbour.

Cancellation Information

Full payment must be made at Holiday home not less the 4 weeks before arrival.  If you do not pay balance by this period you booking maybe cancelled.

Cancellation fee less then 4 weeks before arrival 50%.  Less then 1 week 100%. 

A security deposit of 100 Euro may required and given to supervisor on arrival.  This will be returned provided terms & conditions of rental have been complied with. 

Room Description

These holiday homes have an open plan kitchen / dining / living area on the ground floor with french doors leading into a conservatory and a double bedroom en suite. On the first floor are two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is an on site childrens playarea.
