we spent one night here, great location in centre of Galway, staff very friendly and helpful, room was spacious, nice bathroom which looked recently refurbished, overall a great place to stay to be within walking distance to everything in the city centre and terrific value for money

very friendly staff and well located hotel. the details on booking stated that parking was available at forster car park, but i drove around for ages and couldnt see signs for any such carpark. it turned out that the Q carpark around the bend was the forster carpark. please change the info on the website to read that its the Q carpark.

Hotel location is fantastic! right beside the train station and walking distance to everywhere on Eyre square, however the club beside (which the do mention on the site) the base just echoes right through the hotel, not ideal for people with babies or young children. The rooms could do with some moderisation paint job etc. Other then that the hotel is great, food is lovely staff very friendly, especially one scottish chap who was very nice in the residents bar.

We had an enjoyable two night stay in this hotel in early September. Positives include great location, pleasant and prefessional staff, clean bedroom /linen and freshly cooked Irish breakfast. Bar is quite big and was quiet at night while we were there. Could do with a fresh coat of paint in places but we would definitely stay there again.

we really enjoyed our stay in the eyre square hotel the staff were friendly and the food was very nice .it is a great location for any visitor to galway city as it is so near everything .i will go back again .

Despite reviews to the contrary we found the hotel to be absolutely fine. The accommodation and food was very good for what we paid. On balance the staff were courteous, efficient and the restaurant staff were particularly friendly. I have no qualms about recommending the Eyre Square Hotel.

Hi All We stayed at the eyre square hotel on the 09th of July for 1 night the hotel was very central to all eyre square had to offer. hotel was clean and staff were xcellent. breakfast was lovely, greta value overall We would stay there again

I stayed in the Eyre Sq Hotel with my daughter, had a very ple sant stay. Room was very comfortable. We had dinner bed & breakfast . All of which was very good .Staff very friendly and helpful. Decor a little dated. Stars 3.5 KM.

Everything in the hotel was fine and it had everything we needed. The only downfall was the noise. We had been prepared for the noise of the nearby nightclub but not for the noise all night of an ejit locked out of his room banging all night and no security came to help him out or shut him up.
