We stayed at the Camden once again on Easter Sunday night . The hotel as always was great. room lovely , breakfast next morning good. Great to have free parking and leisure center . And easy enough to get to from outside the city. Will def stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location and offers free secure parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However I did find the room to be a bit run down and basic. There is a major lack of sockets too - I had to crawl under the dressing table to plug out the tv so to plug in the kettle!! But for the small cost and good location, its still worth staying.

Myself & my husband stayed in the Camden court on Friday 24th February for just one night. The staff on reception were really friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable and it was lovely to be able to have breakfast in our room. The bar lacked a bit of atmosphere, but the staff were lovely. It was a real plus to have parking facilities at no extra cost. I was pleasantly surprised at the standard and value of this hotel and would definately have no problems returning hopefully for a longer stay.

great city centre location, staff were lovely and leisure facilites were great! We ate in the bar and felt we were being rushed by bar staff to move, only realised later it may have been because we had a 9 month old with us and it was after 7, they should have just said! Breakfast was fine, lots of continental selection and a serviced hot food bar. The only down side for me was the room was a little cold in the evening and we had no way of adjusting the heat. however we will definitly be using the hotel again

Fantastic Stay. Friendly staff and eager to help. Clean room and the room was available as soon as we arrived, no problem with parking and was included in the price of the room-which is great for a hotel in the city. town is walking distance. Great location-great stay. one star deducted for breakfast-fry was very oily and there was no milk out for the cereal

Top spot. Didn't realise we'd be so close to Coppers, which was a plus! Very accessible, lovely staff, handy parking, lovely room (request a top floor refurbished/ 'new' room), and great leisure centre. Can't understand why it's a three star hotel.

This hotel is perfectly placed in Dublin City centre with free parking for guests, nice rooms, good food and a lovely pool. The new rooms are very nicely decorated. I have only good things to say about this hotel.

Stayed here for a weekend with my girlfriend as we were attending the Ireland V Italy 6 Nations Rugby Match. We found our stay most enjoyable and the staff were very friendly and more than happy to help with any enquiry we had. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. The only complaint we would have is that on the both mornings we were there a member of the cleaning staff landed into our room at 7am which wasn't very professional of them. Thanks again for a great, enjoyable stay.

We stayed here last weekend .it wasn't our first visit and it won't be our last. As usual we had a lovely stay. The hotel is very clean, the food is good and the staff are very pleasant. The only downside is the bar. There is no atmosphere in the evenings, however there is a good bar next door.

Hotel was good although room was fairly basic and breakfast was very good considering it was buffet. One gripe was that another guest entered the room at about 3 am with a card and we were in bed. Even though this was in error it would make you nervous that someone else could activate the lock to your room. I still would stay again as the location is good but would make sure to double lock the door. The receptionist was very apologetic and dealt with the issue well

We really enjoyed our stay at the Camden Court Hotel, it's location is perfect with plenty restaurants near by.The hotel restaurant was fully booked so i cant comment on that but breakfast was excellent quality and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and we will definately stay here again.

we really enjoyed our stay at the camden court. it's location is perfect.bedrooms were comfortable and breakfast was 5 star quality.the staff were friendly and helpful. we will definately stay at this hotel again. the only negative thing is the car parking in the car park is not regulated and some cars are parked in areas that are not designated parking slots which causes difficulty for other users.

My favourite place to stay in Baile Atha Cliath. Central, comfortable friendly efficient staff,complimentary car parking, pool, great food, why would you go elsewhere?

Lovely hotel, it was very central. The food was very good in dining room, but food got through room service was horrible and expensive! Leisure area was and quiet. Car parking facility not the best as there was limited spaces available. Overall we enjoyed the stay. The minor details didn't bother us!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitlely be staying with you again .Our only reservation was that we found it very noisy at night, our rooms being at the front of the hotel .we will be looking to book rooms looking out at the car park ie 316? The breakfast was just lovely.Thanks very much

Absolutely fantastic hotel , very centrally located with fantastic facilities ,. We stayed as part of a large family group as we were celebrating my wifes birthday. The staff were all very friendly a nd helpful and the rooms were fab, we were actually upgraded to a suite which was amazin . The food was absolutely gorgous with the breakfast served till 11oc and lots of variety all in all a great stay and we will definitely return .

Hi Thank you for your email in relation to our visit to Camden Court Hotel. The hotel is in a good location but we found it very noisy at night time which resulted in distrubed sleep. The hotel was very busy with holiday parties and we ended up waiting some while for food to be served. Rooms good leisure centre and car park facility are excellent. Regards Fidelma

Good clean hotel. Room was a bit chilly and looked out on to an office block so it was ofputting! Breakfast was good but not wuite hot but otherwise arrangments for the breakfast were very good - all food availabkle, tidy , fresh etc. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Stayed here for 2 nights, very central hotel and excellent value for money. Christmas parties were going on while we were here so alot of people about. Only 2 things I would say need attention car parking is very limited and the bar food menu is very limited other wise great hotel staff very friendly

hi we stayed here on the 1st nov to the 3rd off nov we were quite satisfied the hotel leisure centre was fab the breakfast buffet was nice to staff were friendly enough but we just had one problem on our last day the coving on the cealing in the room fell down it was about 10 to 12 feet long and i had my 6 year old son with me lucky he was having a bath at the time so we called down to reception it took them about 10 mins to get to the room and all we got for the inconvenience was a shrug off the shoulder and were sorry about that. i was very dissapointed that this was the way the situation was dealt with

Excellent hotel. Great location. Within walking distance to the city centre. Luas stop only around the corner to go to Dundrum shopping Centre.Breakfast was lovely and the bar food was very reasonably priced. The staff were lovely. We had no complaints

Sept 2011 Stayed here overnight following concert in O2, very comfortable, staff helpful and informal. One of the few city center hotels with pool facilities at a good value price. Breakfast very nice and served untill 10.30 which is great after a nite on the town. Great location for pubs and shops. Only less than positive comment was that we got a double room after reserving a twin, but to be fair we were very late checking in so it was only a small issue. Bernie (Kildare)

I wonder if I stayed in the same place as "holiday stay". Breakfast tables were all cleared and wiped quite quickly after being left. Waiter at the entrance to the restaurant did say Good Morning to us on arrival. My only complaint was that there was not always enough cutlery on the table - maybe someone else had taken it. I would have no problem rebooking there on another occasion.

The hotel is excellently located in Dublin and was great value stay - for which we were delighted. The rooms were clean and spacious which we were pleased with. The hotel is badly let down unfortunately by it's staff with poor service and not a friendly atmosphere. The breakfast while nice but it was served invariably on dirty tables, with salt and pepper shakers on all tables covered in ketchup and other foodstuffs. The staff continuously walked by dirty tables and rarely made attempts to clear dishes or clean tables. The lady host for the breakfast never once said good morning for three mornings. The pool area while clean was cold and so too was the steam room and sauna, on noting this to the staff, I was told it wasn't cold, despite a number of other patrons also complaining. I have never written a review before in my life as I am usually quite happy with whatever, my suggestion is that the staff need good training and management ensuring even a basic standard of service.

STAYED IN HOTEL ON WEDNESDAY 29 TH AS WE WERE GOING TO BON JOVI CONCERT- ATE THERE ON ARRIVAL - FOOD EXCELLENT - GOT DIRECTIONS FROM A VERY HELPFUL BAR MAN - ONLY HALF HOUR WALK ALONG THE CANAL TO RDS.... ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN, BREAKFAST WAS UP UNTIL 10: 30 , PERFECT !! THANKS AGAIN

excellent hotel, very friendly helpful staff. great location for all tourist attractions including tourist buses. restuarant could have a wider evening menu selection as only 5 main courses and three desserts, but tasty all the same. The leisure facilities were excellent and a very good addition to the hotel. Overall a very good enjoyable stay for an excellent price!

Stayed here on April 1st x 2 nights. had a great stay, the hotel is lovely and very central to everything. Its brilliant value for a weekend stay in Dublin, especially when breakfast is included. Breakfast is served until 11am which means you still get a nice lie-in! The only fault I'd find is with the bathroom - its quite dated and I'd prefer a separate shower rather than being over the bath.

I have stayed a good number of times in the Camden Court and it is a hotel that suits me very well indeed. location perfect for Luas trips, National Concert Hall and 8 min walk to Grafton St /Stephens Green area.Bus services from the door bring me to city centre ...frequent service.. Staff are excellent.Any requests I make. are accommodated with a smile. Breakfast good but I have not used the bar, restaurant or leisure club. Parking great but wifi facilities only in the foyer. TV stations limited. Overall I can reccommend this hotel for a stay where Irish hosptality is shown to the guests, albeit by mostly foreign personel. I will be back to stay whenever I visit the city.

Lovely stay, great hotel, central location with free parking... rooms nice. would definately recommend. if had to pick one minor thing would be the availability of a server at breakfast each time someone wanted breakfast from the trays, they had to wait until they were randomly spotted where then the person went into the kitchen to get the server of chef to come out and dish out breakfast definately once you go you would return as plenty of restaurants etc nearby and not far from city centre

very happy with it .Would give it 5 stars if it had better internet connection (the worst I have experienced since my dialup 10 years ago) And please put an extra coffee machine up for breakfast-had to wait 15 min for it first morning my wife about 10...... Altogether though very happy very friendly staff and very clean very good breakfast,lovely pool ,free parking etc would def. return!!! Thanks

Used this hotel mid week. Great location. Free parking. Got later check out at 1 free of charge and got to check in earlier too. Room was basic & small, in need of a repaint but it was clean.

The Camden Court Hotel is very central and was only a walk away from the Olympia Theatre were we were going to see a play.The hotel is very clean and the room was very comfortable and a good size.We had bar food which was excellent and great value for money.The breakfast was also very good the staff were very friendly and an added bonus is the leisure facilities and the private parking facility. There are lots of good pubs and eating places in the area and you are only round the corner from the Luas to Dundrum Shopping centre. You are also in walking distance to St Stephen''s Green park and shopping area. I think this hotel is a little jewel in Dublins city centre. For all of this I would give this hotel 5*. G.O'Neill

I used the Camden Court some years ago and was always liked it. However, it has really got this run-down look in recent times. Also the restaurant (which again used to be excellent) doesn't seem to be open during the week anymore and the bar food is not fantastic. I like the bonus of having a health spa, but unfortunately the Jacuzzi was out of order. On the positive side the staff are most polite and helpful and they would certainly deserve a 4-star rating.

Great value for money. Staff very helpful. Bar food and breakfast lovely. Rooms basic enough but clean and more than adequate. Very close to nightlife and a pleasant walk to grafton street. Our room was very quiet .. 5th floor with window facing courtyard. No complaints.. Couldn't fault it.

i enjoyed a two night stay which was very good value. The location is brilliant for both shopping and touring. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was good and the leisure facilities were excellent and very clean.

Its was a good break i stayed there before so i new what it was like the swimming was great food good too the bar was a bit quite for new years eve., but there was a dj set up in the bar good night over all this was my second lidi break and i will be booking another one for this month its a great web site www.lidi-breaks.ie will use it a lot this year

Had a thoroughly enjoyable one night stay. Arrived at 9.30am due to early flight and was pleased to find my room ready so no waiting. Found the staff on reception extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble. Due to a late flight back to the uk kept room on till 6pm the nextday which cost an extra 30euro but well worth it. Unfortunately didnt have time to use the leisure facilities but spoke to a few other people staying in the hotel who all spoke highly will have no reservations about staying on my next visit.

Good value for money and very friendly staff. We were allowed to check in early as we were attending a graduation. All in all a very pleasant experience and have staed here on three occasions in recent weeks.

Good value for money and great location. Paper thin walls so expect plenty of noise from corridors when in your bedroom.. Check in and check out poor . On check in booking could not be found. 20 minute delay until matter sorted. On check out presented with bill with a much higher daily rate than booking confirmation and a two room service charge that should not have been applied at all. Sorted out eventually. Female reception manager offered little in the way of apology and certainly no explanation. Not good enough really

Stayed in the Camden Court with my husband and 2 children for two nights last weekend, everything worked out really well, room was a good size for 4 of us, kids were too noisy but of course that was nothing to do with the hotel! Breakfast and dinner were included for the adults and the meals were great, nice choice of breakfasts in the morning, the dinner menu however was restricted but for the inclusive price I didn't mind that. The staff that we dealt with were all very nice and helpful. The leisure centre was clean and very peaceful. Very good value for money, I would definitely stay in the hotel again

Spent night in Camden court hotel on marathon weekend in dublin, staff couldnt have been more helpful even when we rang a few weeks prior to this requesting early breakfast for runner and giving us full use of leisure facilities and showers in the afternoon even though we had checked out. full marks to Kristian on reception for his manner, helpfullness and overall good humour on a busy weekend. Yes I would rate it as a five stars, for a family break. Its location being only a minutes walk from the luas, five to ten minutes from St. Stephen's Green. The pool is a great source of entertainment for both adults and children, indoors it seems a worldaway from the city (no noise), babysitting service excellent, breakfast menu diverse enough to cater for all tastes, staff exceptionally helpful and great with children, gym well equipped providing free towels and parking convenient and safe. Great stay at Camden Court Hotel - busy weekend with Dublin marathon & hotel fully booked but staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Had to change rooms and they sorted us out with courtesy. Friendly feel despite being such a large hotel. Really handy for city centre with loads of pubs, clubs, restaurants nearby. Value for money = excellent!

Had a lovely break in the Camden Court Hotel, centrally located, very nice rooms well heated ( I sometimes find hotel rooms very cold in the winter ). Lovely breakfast and nice staff. No faults at all! Difficult to drive to, thats the only thing but that is the fault of the one way systems. When you get there you can park your car and not use it again its so central. Will stay there again definately

The value is fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay but I travel a huge amount into Switzerland so I'm used to having nice, clean hotels. On the positive side: The hotel lobby was clean, receptionists was very friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Leisure facilities where very good. On the negative side: The bathroom had toothpaste marks on the door which were easily cleaned off. The bath was covered in small muck stains. The room had an ashtray in it and the room smelt of old cigarettes. The workers in the leisure centre seemed very disinterested in people or their work. The floor of the changing rooms was manky.

I only stayed here for one night with 3 friends but I thought it was very good and so did my friends. The rooms were nice and clean and quiet as was the rest of the hotel, the staff were friendly and capable. The location is good and the parking at the hotel is very handy. I tend to judge a hotel by anything that happened that i didnt like and here everything was great, right down to the lovely big carvery breakfast the next morning to help cure a sore head. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The staff were excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, the main restaurant was not open for evening dinner on any of the nights that we were there. The bar food was reasonable.

The hotel was nice to stay in, good location, very central only minutes away from city centre. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good, but could be a be more variety on the menu. Very quiet area as well, even though its so near the city centre. Not enough parking places for hotel guests, if you take your car out you cannot be sure you get one when you come back. More parking spaces needed. Other then parking difficulties very nice hotel to stay in. In a very good locaiton.

The Hotel was excellent I could not fault it at all

Booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children. Room was vey clean, a great size and actually slept 5. Great central location. 5-7 minute walk to the top of Grafton Street. Swimming pool/sauna/steam room and jacuzzi were excellent. Breakfast was served until 10.30am and there was a good choice each morning. I would book this hotel again, however I would ask for a room not located on the roadside as there was quite a bit of noise from traffic at night. Very enjoyable overall

We had a lovely stay in the Camden Court Hotel - rooms were excellent - very comfortable, food was great, pool fab, kids loved hotel. Very central. Staff very helpful, would recommend this hotel and would stay again!

Great stay with regard to being a very central hotel, good leisure centre and a good breakfast but bedrooms could do with a new carpet and a painting.

The rooms were lovely, very spacious and clean. I was up at 5.30am, so didn't get to sample the breakfast. Bar food service in the late evening was a bit slow, but other than that it was lovely.

the location was excellent, the breakfast was good and the meal was very very poor! We went to a different restaurant afterwards because the food they served us was probably the worst meal we have ever eaten.

Stayed in Camden Court recently.. Its a lovely hotel.. Very clean and staff are really friendly.. Would definately reccommend.. Food is also lovely and very reasonably priced... Have even been back a 2nd time with the girls and really enjoyed it again..

I found the hotel staff to be very friendly, the food & accomodation first class, the location was ideal for city centre shopping, etc. and the free overnight parking was the cherry on top of the cake. I would certainly use it again and would recommend it to friends visiting Dublin.

hi my partner and myself and another couple stayed in the camden court hotel on a saturday a couple of weeks ago we found the lobby and bar to be very comfortable and relaxing but the bedroom decor was very dated and scruffy the bathrooms were leeking in several places and was very small, but i would have dealt with all this if the staff were at all helpful i booked 2 double rooms and when we arrived there were 2 twin rooms appointed 2 us i rang down 2 reception and explained i had booked 2 double rooms and i was told that there must have been a mistake and they had no double rooms available and no apology offered or any compensation. to say the least i was unimpressed with their customer service and soely because of this i will not be recomending this hotel 2 anyone and not staying their myself again.

I really liked this hotel. It was so easy to drive to it, also it is very central, just a 10 min walk from St Stephen's Green. Lovely tasty food. It will definitely be my first choice when visiting Dublin again.
