Hotel is lovely, staff are the nicest and friendliest I've met in any hotel. Food gorgeous and big portions great value for money. Room very clean and big. Beds very comfortable. A great experience was had by all. Location excellent, bus stop outside hotel so you hop on and straight into city center. Very convenient if visiting the mater hospital as bus stops at corner of hospital and drops off outside of hotel no need for trying to get car parking at hospital. Would recommend to everyone.

Nice hotel. Food was good value for money. Not too far from city about 20 minute walk. The only downside was that traffic was very busy all night as its on a main road.

Had a great stay. Hotel is lovely, staff are the nicest i've met in any hotel. Food gorgeous. A great experience was had by all. Also getting to park on site at a hotel in Dublin is worth a lot even though it only cost €5 per day. Will definately be back, actually going back in December .

clean and tidy. Staff were lovely, service fantastic, breakfast was very good. Only 4 small issues, 1. We were given someone else's room at check in (this was sorted out in short order by lovely staff) 2. The back of the bathroom door was filthy, discusting stuff stuck to it. 3. Fire alarm woke us very early in the morn. 4.In morning the restaurant was unbearably warm because the air conditioning was broke. We felt Ill and found it hard to eat the breakfast. Felt sorry for the staff in full uniform. Even still with the heat they were fantastic and friendly. I still rate it with four stars, it's a lovely hotel with really lovely attentive and funny staff. Thanks

Bed was extremely small for a "double" bed. Room was very basic. No shower gel in the shower. Breakfast was nice.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The reception area is spacious and nicely furnished. The hotel staff are nice and friendly. This hotel is not that near Dublin city centre but is only a short taxi ride. This can be booked at reception and is reasonable enough. We had the early bird 4 course meal which was also very reasonable at 20 euro each. My wife had jelly and ice cream for desert and it was basically jelly fired into a bowl with one scoup of ice cream on top. I suppose what can you expect for 20 euro. The room was the most dissapointing as it was nothing like the picture advertised. It was small and nothing special to look at. The bathroom was also vey small and dated with a broken wile tile that you could pull the bits out of and a toilet that had water running into it all night which was easily heard from the bed. The bed itself was one of the most uncomfartable we have ever been in. The best thing about our stay was the breakfact which was first class. It was brought to your table and not one where you have to queue for.
The hotel is reasonably priced and good value if you are going to Dublin for one night and is definitely one where if you are offered an upgrade you should take it.
