Atlantean Cottages are 3-bedroom bungalow's that are newly refurbished. The kitchen / dining room has patio doors which leads to a small patio area. The living room has an open fireplace. There is double ensuite, twin and a single room with a seperate bathroom. 

Electricity charge €5 per night May – Sept, €7 per night rest of year for electricity

These holiday cottages are just 800 meters to the beautiful horse shoe shaped Blue Flag beach which Kilkee is famous for!

The beach is one of the safest in Ireland for bathing and swimming as it slopes toward the sea without strong current.

Cancellation Information

Full payment must be made at Holiday home not less the 4 weeks before arrival.  If you do not pay balance by this period you booking maybe cancelled.

Cancellation fee less then 4 weeks before arrival 50%.  Less then 1 week 100%. 

A security deposit of 100 Euro may required and given to supervisor on arrival.  This will be returned provided terms & conditions of rental have been complied with.

SECURITY DEPOSIT. A refundable security deposit of €150 cash must be paid per house on arrival. For Bank Holiday Weekends / New Years Eve €250 is required in cash on arrival. For Special Events, the security deposit is €500 payable on credit card prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded on/after departure once the local supervisor confirms the houses booked were left in an acceptable condition. If 2 or more houses are booked the security deposit is €500 per house payable in credit card 7 days prior to arrival to West Coast Holidays office. Failure to pay the security deposit in advance will result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeit of all monies. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure once the on-site supervisor is satisfied that the terms & conditions of rental have been complied with. Any repairs to the property due to negligence on behalf of the client will be deducted from the security deposit and where this is insufficient there will be additional charges. Excessive damage to the property will be the responsibility of the person who made the booking. The supervisor or any officer of West Coast Holidays may at all reasonable times visit the home during the stay or on departure.

Room Description

The main bathroom is downstairs with 1 double bedroom ensuite and a twin bedroom upstairs.

Facilites in the house include: TV, Kitchen which has a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. There is an onsite tennis court. The house also has an enclosed garden. Bed linen and duvets are provided and beds are made up on arrival.
